Step-by-step instructions as illustrated in the video.
(They are the same as the email.)
Important. Before you start.
In step 9 below, you will need to enter the email password I sent you in the text message.
If you didn’t copy it before, you should do it now.
Open the text message on your phone and copy it to your clipboard, that way you will have it ready to paste when you are on step 9, and you won’t have to switch back to the text message or type it in manually
On your phone, go to your text messages and copy the email password I sent you.
It begins with Cw-4T9m*iuw8
For security, only the first few characters of the password are displayed here.
The text message contains the full password. 32 characters long.
It is easier to copy/paste the password from the text message than typing it.
After copying it to your clipboard, you can begin step 1 below.
Steps to setting up your new email account on your phone
Start with keeping this webpage open on your computer screen and turning on your phone.
Note. After completing each step, tapping Next or other option, will take you to the next step on the next screen. Each numbered step below is a new screen.
It begins with Cw-4T9m*iuw8
For security, only the first few characters of the password are displayed here.
The text message contains the full password. 32 characters long.
It is easier to copy/paste the password from the text message than typing it in.
Last step. Two last fields to fill in. Both are optional, but I suggest you use them.
You can enter whatever you want in the two fields listed. You can also change them later if you wish.
Account Name – This is what you see the account listed as in your Gmail app. Only you see this.
Default name assigned is: david@greenlightremodeling.pro
Although, you can change it to appear with caps David@GreenLightRemodeling.Pro (Caps are acceptable)
This is only for labeling the email account on your phone, not the emails. No one else sees it.
Your name – This is what others see in the From: field of the emails you send. Normally, the recipient only sees your email address. But you can add a friendly name (aka branding) to make it look more professional and better name recognition.
Example: David Green | GreenLightRemodeling.Pro or GreenLightRemodeling.Pro | David Green
I use this for format for my business emails. If you look at the From: field of emails you receive from me, you will notice I use this format.
You should now be viewing your emails from one of your email accounts.
How to switch to a different email account – Tap the small round icon in the top right (it usually shows your face). A menu slides out from right. Select a different email account.
How to view “all emails” from “all accounts” – Tap the 3-bar (hamburger) menu at top left. A menu slides out from left. Select All inboxes. You will now see al emails from all email accounts.
Remember, after you finished setting up the email account, open David@GreenLightRemodeling.Pro in the Gmail app on your phone and send me an email to test it.

Note. You can also use these instructions to add other email accounts to your phone. For example, info@greenlightremodeling.com (used for capturing form submissions on the website).
Currently, info@greenlightremodeling.com forwards to david@greenlightremodeling.com, but they can be managed separately.
If you want to add it, let me know and I can give you the password.
End of instructions.
